Digital Conversion
Our digital conversion service brings your existing analog impressions and case records into a fully digital workflow. We integrate CBCT data, intraoral scans, and digital articulation to plan and produce implant restorations with exceptional accuracy.
This service is ideal for practices transitioning to digital implant workflows, or for complex full-arch cases where traditional methods introduce too much variability. We handle the conversion and work with your existing scan data or provide guidance on what you need to send.

Custom Abutments
Stock abutments are designed for the average. Custom abutments are designed for your patient. We mill precision titanium and zirconia abutments that match the exact emergence profile, angulation, and margin position needed for each case.
Custom abutments improve soft tissue health, simplify crown seating, and deliver a more natural final result. We work with all major implant platforms and accept scan data or traditional impressions.

Partial Framework with Acrylic
Our removable partial frameworks combine cast metal precision with acrylic saddles for a durable, comfortable, and cost-effective solution for partially edentulous patients.
Each framework is designed for fit, function, and longevity. We fabricate both traditional cast frameworks and milled or printed alternatives, depending on your workflow preference and the patient's clinical needs.

Thimble Bar Restoration
The thimble bar is one of the most reliable and durable implant overdenture retention systems available. Our titanium thimble bar restorations are milled to precise tolerances and designed to distribute load evenly across the implant platform.

Crowns & Bridges
We fabricate single-unit crowns and multi-unit bridges in a range of high-performance materials including full-contour zirconia, layered zirconia, and PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal). Each restoration is designed for long-term function and natural aesthetics.
Our digital milling workflow produces consistent margins and precise occlusal surfaces, reducing chair time and remakes. We accept digital scans from all major intraoral scanner brands, as well as traditional PVS impressions.

Snap-On Overdentures

We fabricate overdentures using high-strength denture base materials with precision-seated attachment housings. We work with locator, ball, and bar-retained systems, and can fabricate the bar component in-house as part of a complete workflow.
